T.I.’s got a bonifide smash on his hands according to Grammy-winning producer Rico Love. While “Love This Life” and “Like That” have failed to make any mark on the charts, the King of the South is set to debut his new single “Ball” featuring Lil’ Wayne. Rico, who produced the song along with Earl & E, revealed to Rap-Up that the song has a New Orleans bounce feel to it and is ready to drop any day now. He also mentions Tip has a follow-up record with Cee-Lo, produced by Pharrell.
T.I.’s new album Trouble Man is due September 4.

wayne was never a bounce artist, so going to wayne to make a song with a “new orleans bounce feel” is already a failure. juvenile is the most famous artist out of the bounce scene. eh. shrug.
