Jeezy’s CTE World isn’t the only imprint on the move. After ending their 10-year contract with Atlantic in December 2012, and spending almost a year in free agency, T.I. and Grand Hustle have signed with Columbia Records. The Atlanta veteran will release his upcoming ninth solo album, tentatively titled Trouble Man: He Who Wears the Crown, through Grand Hustle/Columbia early next year. The LP will be executive produced by Pharrell, with DJ Toomp and Timbaland also involved.

Congrats to Tip and the whole label! Here’s what he had to say about his new deal:

I’m honored to be partners with such a successful, passionate and creative conglomerate like Columbia Records, who respects and supports the vision of their artist and partners. Nothing but love, respect & appreciation for Doug Morris, Rob Stringer and the entire staff. Also, a special thank you to my big bruh, Sk8board P, for always believing in me and also executive producing my upcoming project.
