With Diddy hosting the evening’s festivities at the FADER Fort, we had to make his appearance a whole seperate post due to shock most of us had watching him on live stream chanting “swag” and cooking while co-signing Lil’ B & OFWGKTA. After checking out the photo above taken by via Rob Stone, check out some of Saturday’s highlights below.

More from SXSW with daily photos, weird tattoos, performances from Wiz Khalifa, Odd Future, Killer Mike, The Cool Kids, J. Cole, B.o.B., Melanie Fiona, Time Tempah, Yelawolf’s near-death crowd surfing experience and more….
after the jump…

Mikey Fresh: whoooo! SXSW 2011 has been a non-stop whirlwind of live rap music, brisket tacos and rickshaw rides around downtown Austin. Yesterday, I caught the Odd Future kids, Yelawolf at the Fader Fort and Tech N9ne (interview) , Killer Mike( interview), Mistah Fab (interview) etc at The VIBE House (powered by Cashmere). It really is overwhelming down here, but fun as f*ck. Keep this post bookmarked for the rest of the week because we’ll updating as SXSW continues to roll on.

MissInfo: While Mikey’s been riding cows in Texas, I’ve been hearing some interesting chatter. Everyone loved the green room of the Woodie Awards, with Yela and Lil B playing beer pong on one side, and Tyler the Creator talking to Lyor Cohen on the other. Meanwhile, some of my other peers have been busy with that time-honored tradition of music festival dirty stay-out ; )

Friday, March 18th, 2011:

Like they mentioned to Peter Rosenberg, one of the artists Odd Future wanted to meet was Erykah Badu. Yesterday, Tyler, The Creator and Badu got that chance at the FADER FORT where OFWGKTA performed in front of a riot like crowd.

As always, Odd Future shows us why their stage shows are always enjoyable with performances at the Fader Fort & Thrasher Party.

(Mikey: peeped a couple head tattoos down here in Austin, but this one is nuts. His father is an iconic American fashion designer, whose brand once ruled Hip-Hop…)

Asher Roth & Nottz perform cuts off their Rawth EP at Emos, Peter Rosenberg was on hand and got some footage.

Alchemist talked to Mike about getting back in the studio with Prodigy since his release from prison. (read more at Vibe)

His father is a A-list Hollywood actor… who is he? (oh this kid raps btw…)
