At the beginning of the show Pharrell is saying MTV's here blah blah blah, show NY style...Crowd surfing and Stage Diving Encouraged. Those were the first people allowed on Stage. Kid got pushed off but he didn't sweat it at all. He came back on stage multiple times. Pharrell LAUNCHED other kids into the crowd so this doesnt really look like anything compared to what was going on. It was all in the spirit...No1 had a problem with anything either.
