sigh. I have two proms to do next month. I did a HS dance recently. Do you know how old I felt as a 26 year old who couldn’t play any music made before 2003 because it would be lost on those kids? And the stuff they want me to play…these kids are up on shit as soon as it hits the net!

now that I think about it….I’m honestly not a real music snob. I get a real kick out of crank dat, and everyone who knows me, knows that the Flo-Rida song makes me dumb dance in a second.

actually, I do enjoy playing those records in the club. and on the weekends I do play some ignorant shit, but nothing compares to the feeling you get when you’re rocking an entire room of people. So I do what makes them stay out there.
