Sexy Time: Alicia Keys jet-skis, Rosa Acosta covers King 2.0

Obviously Alicia Keys has been making the rounds because of her album which dropped this week, appearing on the Colbert Report, and on Letterman, But in this video taken by her own tour family in Dubai, you see Alicia in the wild, swimming, relaxing, jetskiing, and most importantly, applying SPF to protect against damaging UV rays.

Rosie Acosta is the obvious choice to pose on the cover of the revival of King Magazine (which seems funded by Dynasty Series, which seems like a modeling agency or something. They’ve kept the cover fonts, but who will be writing the snappy front-of-book sections that Datwon Thomas and Jermaine Hall set up?) (spotted on The Smoking Section) Now Rosa looks beautiful as always, and ever taut especially in the abdominal region, but for Rosa-fanboys, its tame compared to that Supreme shoot, or that surreal stretching video. I remember skipping school just to go buy Alica Keys 1st album when it dropped. I was in a relationship w/ a girl in high school when her album dropped that looks (or looked) just like her. I remember telling her “Hey, there’s girl singin’ ["Fallin'" on BET Midnight Love] she got braids, you should get some”. That week she went and got some. Felt so good when I was in high School having a look-a-like of my favorite female in the world (@ the time) Alicia Keys. This video just made me reminisce.
That KING model chick can get it too though. Nice @$$!

I think what makes A. Keys that much more sexy or attractive is the fact that she doesn’t play up on it too much. You’re not going to see her posing in Maxim, FHM, King, Smooth, etc. with her ass to the camera. You can see that she is aware of her figure based on how she dresses but other than that, she always manages to keep it sexy. As sexy as Rihanna is, I wouldn’t of had a problem if Alicia posed for GQ instead.
When it comes to Rosa, I am reminded of all of those America’s Next Top Model episodes where Tyra is critiquing the pictures during eliminations and telling the girls on how to use your face during the shoots and I feel that Rosa is not as consistent when it comes to being sexy in the face on her shoots. She seems to know how to use her body to convey sexiness but not always her face. She needs to see a few of those ANTW shows and fast forward to the end and take some of those Tyra critiques to heart. She is still a beautiful woman but she needs to be more consistent from the neck up when it comes to the pictures.

That footage of Alicia is old. That was back in I think 2001 or 2002. Right after the first album. She looks so young. I’ve always liked that physically she was so average and comes off down to earth. Just a normal chickie.
