According to the friendly folks at hiphopstan, there’s rumors of a new Shyne project coming soon. Wonder if that would drop before or after his pending parole? I have absolutely no evidence that this rumor is true. And you guys know I dont usually post anything unless I truly believe (or know) that it is true.
I’m just posting it because I hope it happens, lol.

That would be awesome its so messed up what happened to him . I hope he gets out soon since hes up for parole in 2009 but i hope hes careful and doesn’t mess up his parole apllication. Once hes finally released he can tell us his side of the story and fight against the lawsuit against him.

Its unfortunate what happened to this guy, I liked shyne, im skeptical of what type of music he is gonna be doing when he comes out coz i heard he v. religious n all that. But I wanna hear some real gangsta tune from him, n for some reason i want him to get at Puffy (lyrically of course)
Hope he goes at least platinum when he comes with his proper album tho (sorry 4 the essay) LOL

^ it’s unfortunate because he was trying to help diddy and then got fucked over by him. shyne was shooting at a dude that opened fire on diddy and their crew. he didn’t “shoot up a club full of people”. The girl that was injured and sued wasn’t even shot, she was hit by debri or something. If some nobody was in the same situation they probably would have got away with self defense, and even if they were convicted of the same charges as Shyne (assault) they probably wouldn’t have got 10 years. but the judicial system likes to make examples out of celebrities, just look at mike vick. So yes, it is unfortunate that a talented individual in the start of their major career got screwed over.
