There’s definitely something about Rita Ora. Last night, our friends at VEVO invited to check out Rita’s private performance at the Grammercy theatre in NYC. Rita’s short but sweet set started promptly at 8:30pm and was how Waka says “turnt up” from the jump. The Albanian beauty actually started her set from the VIP seats and proceeded to perform “Face Melt” from the middle of the crowd, while fans all around her sang along. She did a fantastic job of interacting with the audience without coming off as rehearsed. She cusses and head bangs like a rockstar but none of it seems forced. You can tell Rita has that “it” quality oozing out of her. I don’t think people that saw that in Rihanna until she was a few albums in. Overall, the star power that this Roc Nation singer is overwhelming. I wouldn’t call her the best singer in the world but get ready for the new bad girl.

Check out more photos from video clips after the jump…
