Rita Ora Covers Kendrick Lamar’s “Swimming Pools (Drank)” in NYC

Rita Ora returned to New York City for a packed show at Highline Ballroom in Manhattan on Monday night. Originally scheduled for late October, the concert had to be rescheduled due to the effects of Hurricane Sandy. Roc Nation’s blonde pop star didn’t disappoint as she performed cuts off her ORA debut album, with a live band in tow. At one point, the Kosovo-born Ora switched things up a bit, covering one of her favorite songs in Kendrick Lamar’s “Swimming Pools (Drank).”
The night served as Rita’s final show of 2012 as her “Radioactive” U.K. tour begins January 28, 2013 in Manchester.

she really oversings alot and its a auditory turn off!!!!
i really have been trying to embrace her as an artist and not just for her fashion stunts since she’s being forcefed to us through all the blog sites, but every time I actually take the time to listen to her singing, especially live, my head starts to hurt.
