I agree on the Eminem not dissing “hardcore” rappers…however his thing with Mariah is personal..that’s obvious..he all in his feelings cause she denied ever messin with him…kinda like when a dude attempts to holla at a girl and she whores him up and then he calls her a derogatory name. To even let your fingers type that Benzino or Ja Rule is or was an actual threat to ANYONE lyrically is virtually admitting your unabashed bias on the side of Em. And Canibus? Please. LL handed him his retirement papers before his album dropped. If you don’t have a following, who’s gonna hear his witty punchlines?
Who has Em faced off with who is and are still relevant and can make it a real battle?
No one.
He wont battle Ross because Ross makes hot records.Ross has a good chance of making Em out to be who we all really know he is: a one trick pony whose “schtick” is his drug addled life and buffoonish character who’s become boorish and tiresome to listen to.
And when are people going to stop playing favorites with who they are so called appalled by? This “cop” name calling and “Officer Ricky” nonsense is tired.
Why not call out ALL OF THE RAPPERS WHO FABRICATE THEIR LIFE STORIES TO SELL RECORDS??
Maybe then you’ll be left with the Soulja Boys and New Boys of the game.

Ja Rule, to this day, has had bigger and BETTER hit records than Officer Ricky and Eminem went after Ja. Officer Ricky’s new album has sold 375k(that’s not even Gold!! At least Ja has gone multi-platinum several times.) 375K is not even 2 cities in Florida!! So, maybe he’s not going at Ross because he HASN’T made a hot record. Why would Eminem, who came up battle-rapping, be scared of another person who is clearly less talented than him. That’s why I also think you, John Doe, is on Ross’ Street Team. Nothing you say is making any sense. At least your boy Ross keeps it real by saying it would be a “gift” if Eminem says his name. Cuz then he can come back with a diss record. Now imaging the press and the publicity Officer Ricky would get if he goes up against The Great White Hope!! Look what the 50 Cent battle did for his record. It sold 300k more than it would without the beef. (BTW, it sold 375k total). So imagine if Eminem got at him.
And what has happened to Hip Hop when we allow these bums to come up and disrespect our legends, who have paid their dues, like this? What has Ross done to deserve Em’s attention? Oh, and BTW, Eminem had a previos relationship with Jada, so he stayed out of it. Now look, 50, Em, and The Lox have made music together, so it wasn’t that serious.

Eminem has been in Rap Olympic Battles and his battles in other underground scenes are well documented. Big L (R.I.P.) has not had public battles. There are legendary stories of MC’s battling each other when they where younger. Like DMX and Jay at the poolhall, or Mase and Jadakiss in Harlem. Although they are not documented, these battles are well known. There has not been any story of Big L battling. So you questioning Em’s battling skills and you labeling Big L as a battle rapper proves you know nothing about this Hip Hop thing. Your opinion is your opinion, but when you speak on facts, then I gotta set your young-ass straight. Now try to reply without sounding like the last time you attended school was in the 5th grade.

i see what you did there. i cosign that step child comment although not all steps are annoying. i was going to go with he’s worse than that ugly step sister. like i mention in another comment towards the bottom the dude rick ross is smart (smart but not smart enough because he could have gone about this another tactic. i mean he should have did what the game did and go for jay z
) because he fully knows what he’s doing, and if people aren’t aware of his whole deal, then i’m not even about to start talking. this dude went on a national music show and spent the whole time talking about his shoes instead of education the new and possible fans about himself and about his music and about rap. i was so disappointed and i felt like whoever is representing him should be fired. he’s beyond beyond. i’m glad i’ve seen the light. i saw the games real deal the first couple times i heard the game…then i started noticing that this guy has a lot of records (they’d play him on the college radio rap shows here) where he has jay-z’s name in his mouth. i hit up google a years back and google the game jay z beef and i went into some rap forums and found that there are kids all around the world contributing to this game jayz diss list. this list has gone viral. i didn’t think it would live on because i thought that the game would shut up even if jay z never recognized him…and yet here i am in 2009, and the game is still coming at jay z. whatever. he’s a rapper. he moves records. he’s talented so he can issue out a battle to jay z. i was really disappointed in jay z for even aknowledging that he knows of the game, has heard his records, and thinks the dude is good. i was disappointed because no matter what jay z says it will not be alright for the game. the dude is as butthurt as they come and he’s worse than me. how desperate can you be for someone to battle you that you even go to the extent of questioning a man’s sperms. the dude has gone over the proverbial cartoon clip and i seriously cannot look at his name…his records…his face without laughing at him.

then 50 did the skit with Khalid’s mom. I would say on the music side Ross got 50 but overall 50 murdered Ross because 50 plays by his own rules. Ross didnt even benefit from the beef, he sold just as many records without the beef. got a BET show to help promote but it failed, hell 50 played the BET special on his site so i didnt even watch it when it aired.

anyways like i’ve said i don’t buy this i’m a bully reason…or excuse because he’s been using that one for a while and hasn’t changed it up…just like he’s been using the whole i only get at men on my level argument for a long time. i am a big fan of competition, critique, battle rap and i understand that stagnancy doesn’t improve anything. i actually used to argue real hard that jay z was in the wrong for not dealing with some of these issues head on. then i grew older and stopped thinking about this as a east coast west coast thing. i started working and making money, and i just became a smarter person. for as long as i was railing on jay z as a sucka bitch, the moment i understood what he was doing by baiting this dude the game and all these other people who have his name in their mouths…i got it. it just clicked in my mind that to be the greatest rapper…to be a good rapper, to be a good artist, to be a good musician, lyricist w/e…he didn’t need to battle ever single person who came at him. jay z doesn’t need to battle the game because the game says so. jay z needs to battle the game because jay z says so. i mean it might look real pussy lickka that the dude isn’t going at the game hard or nothing but who the f is the game again to be like i demand that this dude jay z battle me. this dude the game is as whack as they come. say one thing then say another. i don’t know about you but i don’t even deal with people like that. as much as i would love for jay z to battle the game, i hope he never does. the day he actually gave recognition to this dude was when i was like wow jay z i thought your mind game was on point but it looks like you might be slipping. and then he bought the new jersey nets. anyways what people don’t get…i’m sure everyone knows (anyone with a brain should know this), is that the game will always have jay’s name in his mouth (good or bad). he’s that hard done. he says he’s not…says he’s not hating or nothing, but as double talk as he is, i’m not sure he would shut his mouth if jay z battled him and lost or won. it’s a lose lose situation in my opinion for the dude jay z. it’s not a lose lose situation for the game because he already got maybe 2/5ths of what he wanted from jay. i truly believe the dude will not stop. so frankly as soon as i realized what kind of a person this the game was, i just stopped taking him seriously. i don’t think jay z is scared. i don’t buy a lot of the things he’s said but i do acknowledge the fact that he doesn’t go around responding to every rapper who name checks him. you’re saying that this the game guy is credible or something because he moves more units than all the local rappers in my city who also name check jay z. well that’s your standpoint. i don’t think there’s anything special about the dude but i’m sure he has many many stans.
about eminem dealing with mc. lol. i wasn’t surprised by the record, whereas i was surprised by her record…because she truly doesn’t come off like a dumb woman to me. i don’t understand why she tries to come off like she doesn’t bone and she’s so pure or w/e…but that market got stale a long time ago. he already had some things to say about her and he already did some of the things he threatned, so i’m glad he went in on that record. i feel like it was more for nick cannon
but i can delude myself 
. i wish he would deal with officer ricky…because he would probably kill the track, but once again this dude is no different from the game. it would be better for eminem to instead say you battle me, instead of it coming vice versa. i think eminem should be the one who picks who he battles and when he does. rick ross isn’t the one to go and say eminem battle me. that’s the way i see things. i might think of it on a skewed preferential basis, and although it would be good if rap or life wasn’t hierarchical, it is. it might not be good for competition and it might breed stagnancy…but there is nothing i hate more than people falling for traps. these two dudes, rick ross and the game, think they are on a good thing…and if it works out for them they win either way because they get the automatic eyeballs and it will be big news. i don’t see it the way you do at all. i think jay z and eminem are the one who should set the terms of who they battle and when. they are the ones who have more to lose.
jay z comes off as the loser who dealt with this the game if he replys to him. if he kills him on a track, i bet 100 game stans that the game will still be saying the man has to retire because he’s too old. yeah we could be misisng some great shit from the game but it won’t cover the fact that this dude has been talking out of his butt for a long while. a battle between the two could be good or a dud. i don’t have a crystal ball where i can look in the future. i don’t think he should deal with the dude at all because he puts on a good act. and the same thing goes for em. don’t fall for the rick ross trap. he’s smart. he already knew what he was doing setting this up.

As for Em: No amount of words will clear up the fact that he has issues with dealing and handling females.
He got angry and made a dis track when he was younger using racial slurs towards a Black female that rejected him.

no i understand it. the second after i was done listening that mc diss record (which i know was all about her btw) i was crying and saying why eminem why because now i have to hear about how you’re a big pussy. i want him to get rid of rick ross, but unless the dude feels like he needs to do it, i doubt he will deal with this. i was actually surprised so many people liked the mc diss record and saw it for what it was instead of thinking soley why is he responding to this female. i don’t think i’m giving these rappers a pass because i think it would be good if they dealt with these other dudes who always name check. but i can’t reason it out in my head why it would be good ultimately for jay z or eminem to deal with rick ross or the game. like if i make a cheklist the pros don’t outweigh the cons…so i think it’s a no win. i also hope rick ross and the game continue opening their mouths because it won’t change nothing. there is something in people’s brains that make them so focused on things…so to each their own. they should keep at it. focus pays off in the end (good or bad)…and maybe they will bait eminem and jayz enough (just like they are baiting officer ricky and the game)that those guys accept the challenge and battle.

Please Em nooo don’t do it, another stupid battle I can’t take another one if only Em would go ahead and take that same energy he seems to put to creating controversy and put it into making a decent fucking album in the last 6 years, I would respect him more. I loved Em when he first came in but his shtick has gone stale and so has his last 2 albums Encore sounds like the ramblings of a mad man on a 7 day coke binge and look now we found out that might not be too far from the truth and Relapse sounds monotonous and dull like a guy depressed who really needs a hit ugh all in all Em’s running on fumes. To me remaining relevant only because of past stellar work he’s produced and the obvious extraordinary talent he possesses keeping fans holding out that someday he’ll make another album to his full potential Relapse was supposed to be the one back to Slim Shady LP status could he possibly make an entire album as good as loose your self is a song and we got our answer no, not yet at least but the talent is still there so I’ll still be one of those fans waiting.
