Rick Ross Screams On Kreayshawn at the VMAs: A Beef Recap (UPDATED)

Rick Ross tried to laugh off questions about Kreayshawn’s self-instigated disses during his interview on the MTV Video Music Award pre-show (watch here)….but he made his displeasure very clear when he got into a shouting match with Kreayshawn’s manager Stretch. You can see Ross’ manager Gucci Pucci trying to calm things down, Kreayshawn just stands there in silence, and everyone else watches anxiously.
MTV’s “Rick Ross Fight” title on this video is a bit overkill but it could have gotten ugly. When Kreayshawn is moved off her podium, she doesn’t sense that this is probably for the best…and complains:
“Things are getting a little too serious, we just had some jokes…no, I’m in this, I’m in this….I’m hella irritated right now.“
Why would you be irritated just because the guy that you made penis jokes about isn’t overjoyed to see you? (now, hacked naked pics*…that’s hella irritating)
UPDATE: Kreayshawn talked to Billboard after the “fight” and said she’s not with all the gang violence (in reference to Ross’ use of “blood” and “cuz”). Watch video and….

Just to recap the history of this Kreayshawn vs Rick Ross tension…
It all started when Kreayshawn freestyled on the Cosmic Kev show and said “you faker than Rick Ross.”:

But when asked about the line by MTV Rapfix, Kreay insisted that she does not diss people, not in her career, nor to her friends….and that “I’m not like a person to go against anyone or anything. So hey, no offense to you Rick Ross. There’s no Rick Ross offensive things going on in there, even though it sounds like it.”:

But just a few days later, Kreayshawn and V-Nasty were ustreaming from their hotel room…and Kreay said that what she really wanted to say to MTV was pretty much the opposite of what she did. They then joked about Rick Ross’ weight and how it relates to both his penis and his signature grunt.

But in the same vein, I think Kreayshawn is responsible for what comes out of her mouth as well. Regardless of how tall she is. I actually applaud when people have unpopular opinions and want to share them. Which could have been part 1, the freestyle. But then don’t totally backtrack and act like we’re imagining things, part 2 MTV rapfix. And then go back in, very publicly, part 3 ustream, and expect the target to be cool with the joke. That’s just not realistic.

yes you are correct. i will take the quotes off of reporter. I have no problem with ross attempting to speak with kreay about what she said/did, she doesnt deserve complete pass.
I like rick ross music, and yes i do like kreayshawn music too, but i dont like a grown man trying to run up on a girl with a crew as if he is marlo stanfield, yet when more worthy adversaries (who have said much worse about him) are around him, he looks at the ground or the ceiling. unless its dj vlad outnumbered 10 to 1, of course.

Everyone in hip hop save for a few who claim they shot someone, committed a crime or whatever are fake. Hip hop is about 60-80% imaginative at best…so him being fake is no different than Lil Wayne being a real blood. The only thing is Ross’s “fakeness” has actually been debated because he worked as a correctional officer. The issue isn’t whether he or Kreayshawn is fake but I agree with you he and 50 went at each other..problem was 50 was already sliding into irrelevance so he came out “on top” and backed it up with good music to match.

I see alot of people have selective memories but ok. I aint trying to defend whether Ross is fake or not but when it comes to addressing 50 I dont think Ross did anything wrong in the 50 situation… Ross more than just survived, his career florished after the 50 situation and 50′s career tanked. Ross won and thats not a debate. Ross laid down freestyles addressing these niggaz multiple times while 50 dressed up as a pimp, rocking a wig and making comedy… epic fail. Ross went to NY and made videos out there with no repercussions. Ross wasnt scared of 50 or G-Unit, now these niggaz aint even relevant enough to be at award shows like that anymore.
