From a recent visit to the Art Basel in Miami, Rick Ross was inspired to spend his big boss bucks on an acclaimed piece of photography. Entitled “Love Is The Drug,” Rozay’s new purchase is by  surrealist photographer and artist Richard Mosse, who has gained recognition for his unique infrared photographs of the conflict in the Congo. In the last decade, Mosse traveled to Haiti, Pakistan, and the former Yugoslavia to take scenic landscapes and stills, and developed the photos with his signature pinkish-redish hues. Standing in front of one of Mosse’s newest works with the CEO of Warner Music Group, Lyor Cohen, Ross instagrammed the moment to commemorate his first Art Basel cop. (via 305)
