Rick Ross Announces MMG’s Move to Atlantic Records, New Solo Album Summer 2013

Along with getting some things off his chest on Monday night. Rick Ross had two big announcements to make during his visit to Miami’s 99 Jamz with Felisha Monet. The first piece of news is a shocker as Rozay revealed his Maybach Music Group imprint will merge with Atlantic Records. Previously, MMG was strictly under Warner Bros. Records with artists Wale, Meek Mill, Stalley, and Omarion, releasing the compilation albums Self Made Vol. 1 and 2. While Ross wouldn’t elaborate on the move he says Warner and Atlantic have a ‘beautiful relationship.’ The new partnership is also a shock considering rival Young Jeezy was named Senior VP of A&R at Atlantic over the summer.
The Bawse followed that up with the news that his sixth solo album will arrive summer 2013. The title for the follow-up to the Grammy-nominated God Forgives, I Don’t will be announced on New Years Day (Jan. 1).

Rick Ross dont sell records if you go add up all of his sales over 5 albums the total is just shy of 2million units which is nuts..
But he does look super super stressed right now.. He looks like he knows he’s running out of time..The Bawse is uncomfortable right now, he wack as fuck but he deserves to live and eat even if it is honeybuns with cheese hahaha
