Its crazy how people like gamblers crew… drifters and etc are killing the BBOY scene. It was created in the USA and now crews in korea are in control. Thats all because the government in korea supports bboying. Unlike In America where its not important at all. They have a federation for bboys in korea thats nuts lol . Im shocked to see this on 50’s site, But hey RedBull is always a hot battle and wing is dope!!!… Hey Miss Info I just did a high light on BBOY

Um… no get your facts straight.
In Korea, society works much differently than the United States. Bboy’s are one of the lower classes of society because they abandoned academic success for the pursuit of artistic excellence. While this may seem noble in the lens of dancers, musicians, and so forth, choosing such a life means that are generally rejected by society because dancing is the only thing these bboys know. They do no contribute to society as a whole; they cannot save lives, educate, etc… They simply only exist to entertain and these bboys struggle to make a living off of dancing. The most important role students play in to first get into college. These bboys did not follow tradition but instead, tried to create career out of dancing. Also, Korea is at war. No peace treaty was ever signed with North Korea; simply an armistice. As a result, every male above the age of 18 must enlist in the army and serve a minimum of two years. This creates much pressure on these bboys, who have danced their entire lives, and having to devote two years in the Service means the loss their skills in the long run. The main reason why Koreans have it so good is not because the Government supports them, or that someone tells them to as if it was some kind of religion. It’s their will and struggle to survive. In America, many people can make a living off mediocre but it’s a complete different story in Korea. Let me reiterate what I said from before: get your facts straight.
