If a father builds a company from the ground up and it becomes successful and then he retires passes it on it on to his kids and they mismanage the company now its in decline do you think the father is gonna be like horray for the kids they lost everything I built up. In every other medium, artists are given supreme leeway to be…just artists. They’re allowed to be eccentric and out-of-touch-with-reality and irreverent.

Im sick of this generation that has more opportunity now then any generation before them and still don’t take advantage of the wealth of knowledge that is at their disposal..AND that don’t take time to learn how to spell OR proofread. It’s WHINING NOT WHINGING…

And…Just in case you didnt understand what he’s saying… He’s drawing a paralell between how Mc’s nowadays rap about being business men or gangsters instead of actually rapping about life and experiences on a deeper level as mc’s should do.

Hence the Sammy The Bull (gangster) raps would probably be dull and riddled with words like “wacked” and “gumara”… Buffett would elaborate on “acquisitions” and “horizontal takeovers” and Paul Allen would be bragging about owning sports teams and balling out of control….in Seattle.

The whole point is that he’s not dissing anything actually…He’s trying to make comparisons to the game…He’s trying to paint a picture all while making you laugh…And waking you up…That’s what ur not getting..U thnk he used to hate before?..He just wanted to point out the things that were off…or wrong at the time he said them…That’s it. We might look back at the things you mentioned and question them..but we never look back to give it more credit then it deserves…

That’s the genius of Chris Rock…Info..I dont know if you’re a fan…but whoever tells you that this was a bad post is still in a different world…where there’s no war..no suffering..no real love..no depth…Just money and cars, hoes and clothes…

G…You just dont get it kid…but just like a good ‘ole Outkast album..you won’t get it ’till ur older.

Chris Rock from day one has always been whinging about Hip Hop and how he used to go to block party’s before it blew up blah blah blah. He is just an old man who has outgrown this game. Listen to your records from the 80’s homie. Sounding like Melle Mel right about now.
