Our wait for a new single from M.I.A.’s long-awaited Matangi album continues, but in the meantime, Danja (who produced her 2012 hit “Bad Girls,” which, in case you forgot, we weren’t really feeling) previews another song the two recorded together in his “Throwback Track Thursday” vlog. Entitled “Doobie,” this track is a high-energy, drum-heavy anthem, complete with M.I.A.’s London-twanged chanting. There’s no word on when—or even if—this track will see the light of day, but feel free to give it plenty of spins below.
