Photos: Drake’s “Started From The Bottom” Video Shoot

With no solo tracks or full-length releases, 2012 was a pretty low-key year (by superstar rapper standards, anyway) for Drake. So it’s no surprise that the world is eagerly awaiting his forthcoming single, “Started From The Bottom.” Before we hear any early audio samples, though, we can peruse a selection of images from the track’s video shoot, which took place in Drizzy’s own backyard of Toronto. All we know thus far is that Director X (who also visualized Aubrey’s “HYFR” Bar Mitzvah) is behind the clip, and it contains white—and lots of it.
I’ve heard tracks from the new Drake album. What I can say is it’s nothing like anything you’ve heard from him lately or from rap right now.

Can’t wait to hear what the new stuff sounds like. Hope we don’t have to wait until the summer for the full album.

Every time a “big” artist is leading into a new album we hear “its nothing like what we’ve heard before.” …which usually means its like everything we’ve heard before.
