Phony Ppl have kept a low profile since releasing their debut LP three years ago, but the Brooklyn crew are back today with their brand new album, Yesterday’s Tomorrow. The band may be lacking their lead MC Dyme-A-Duzin, who has since broken off to focus on his solo career, but that’s only given them more license to expand on their soulful, jazzy sound, which is in full effect on this 15-track project. If the club isn’t your thing, get Phony Ppl’s new album going up this fine Tuesday.

Purchase Yesterday’s Tomorrow on iTunes, and be sure to catch Phony Ppl at SOB’s in NYC this Thursday (January 15). Tickets are available here.
