President Obama Responds To Nicki Minaj Verse: “She Likes to Play Different Characters”

Barack Obama made a presidential phone-in to Orlando radio this morning. The on-air conversation strayed from politics to pop culture, as the deejay brought up the Nicki Minaj verse that recently stirred some controversy. Nicki was quoted on Lil Wayne’s “Mercy Track” as saying “”I’m a Republican voting for Mitt Romney, you lazy b*tches is f*cking up the economy,” spawning speculations of a Romney endorsement. The president took a moment to address the line:
“I’m not sure that is actually what happened. I think she had a song on there, a little rap that said that. But, she likes to play different characters. So I don’t know what’s going on there.”
Obama was also asked if daughters Sasha and Malia actively listened to the female rapper. The prez coolly responded,” “I don’t think they really listen to Nicki Minaj that much.”

why would he care what Nicki, has to say, if Bush did respond to Kanye West attacks, why would this Dee-Jay, even bring this up. Really dude.

I been waiting for somebody to address Nicki’s line on that Wayne song…
Nicki can backpedal all she wants right now but she was just dissing her black fans, black people and people not in her tax bracket with that bullshit…..
We all know Mitt Romney don’t give a flying fuck about anybody but the elite.

Dear President, stop commenting on nonsense from entertainers and entertain me with figuring out ways to improve the country. You win as the most in touch/down to earth POTUS probably ever, but there’s about 2 million other things on the priority list and what Nicki Minaj says or does shouldn’t even be on your radar… ever. Focus on the country.

LOL taking 10s out of his day to answer a question a reporter asked him isn’t gonna make the world blow up.
Now if he released a statement at Nicki that is a different story.
