Damn…. Homey hating on Buddens! The Padded Room is a good album! Hey Info…. Tell this guy what it is! Hey… Tip is a real dude, and hip-hop is missing that. Being a southern dude, I’ve seen A LOT of clowns, particularly from the Atl area. ( Ie- shawty lo?) But, I really respect Tip, and he’s right! Dude ain’t no snitch. I’m not the biggest fan of his music, but at the end of the day, I think is he genuinely real.

I think this is the Malcom X cover? First Wayne re did the Tupac straight jacket cover and every white starlet tries to do a re vamped Marilyn Cover. It’s never a good look when your not original. I say if your imitating an I con or a legend your only diminishing your own legacy. With that said he makes adequate music and he did give us ATL, a good piece of black cinema to add with Cooley High,Friday, Jason lyric The InkWell etc, etc, etc. So what his legacy includes he snitched and he’ll never be the souths version of Jay-z. He did add something to the culture.

Money talks and Clifford Harris makes some people with money even more money. If he was Clifford Harris the Jiffy Lube employee of the month and got caught with those kinds of weapons and a silencer…he might of gotten out on parole in time for one of his biological kids hs or college graduation.

People need to realize that Tip is rich. Yes he’s a felon but money can goes a long way and history will teach you that from the begining that monetary instruments can do a lot for you especially if you broke the law. Im sure his show, fines he’s had to pay,community service and anything else that he has done to advcate against violence played a big role on his plea deal. Ladies and gents don’t forget it was a plea dea he didn’t go to trial.

I got jammed up a couple years back and was facing 5 plus deportation. They tried to get me to turn informant on some ppl they “believed” i was connected to.
I refused and let em know they can do what they gotta do but i dont know nothing about no other persons. All i know is me.
They told me if i “made it easier for myself” and gave up some info, my name wouldn’t appear on ANY PAPERWORK AND THEY WOULD EVEN BE ABLE TO PAY ME SOME $$$.
Long story short I ain’t tell em sh*t. They didn’t have enough evidence to push my case to trial.I ain’t get no years, they ain’t get no info.
But it made me see how many muthf*ckas must really be snitchin cause they really couldn’t believe that some1 in my situation wasn’t cooperating. They looked confused when i just asked for my lawyer and completely shut down.

here is the real shit, Didnt he testify in court against the guy who killed his boy? He testified, aint he point out dude who did it? Now you can say that was his boy, what if it was your friend, your mother etc? I get all that, but its plain and simple, taking the stand for whatever reason, thats snitching. Getting busted, making a deal to save your ass, thats what snitching is.
Now, if TI is a real g, who has money, and he killed his boy, you let the cops, courts handle it, if he gets locked up for life, fine, you can let him spend his life in jail, or get some of your peoples in jail to take care of him, if he gets off, you have someone deal with him, thats what a real g would do, is it not? I mean nobody says you have to be a real g, but when you act and make people think you are, how do you testify against this man?
Now, am I wrong, did he not testify against that dude? Am I confused or something? Didnt he do that? So fuck all the arrest shit, if he testified in court against that man, thats snitching.

He had the opportunity to do something that would have given him freedom, but was warned that he would pay for his freedom for the rest of his life in other ways. I might be the most special person to stop on this blog because I have no idea, not a clue as to WHAT he could have snitched about. He was CAUGHT purchasing the guns and silencers. He is GOING to jail. He has SERVED community service and PAID fines and fees. Like one poster said there are different gun laws in each state and GA is definitely not NY and fed time is on a different level. You can have your sentences lowered by paying restitution and doing a small amt. of time but restitution is thousands of dollars due within WEEKS not months or years so all of that is to say WHAT DID HE SNITCH ABOUT AND ON?!?

Some of ya’ll really refuse to believe that he didn’t snitch… I guess the same could be said of those of us who refuse to believe that he did.
I don’t know for sure, but at this point I figured someone would have come across something in his files…at the very least some sealed “suspicious” files. As of yet, this hasn’t happened.
Some really influential people helped T.I. Andrew Young has a lot of clout nationally. His connections are presidents. There were also some other high profile, influential people that had T.I.’s back. I haven’t read the federal guidelines, but I do know that having these individuals make calls and put their influence behind you can’t hurt and is certainly not available for the average cat.
Chris C, I don’t think he pointed the guy out at all. There is video footage of him taking the stand during this trial. He is very vague on purpose if you watch that video. Whether or not he should even have taken the stand is another question.
The Crimestoppers PSA was questionable for a gangsta rapper who just took a plea deal… I’m really not sure why his PR people didn’t tell him that this would only lead to more cries of snitching.
All in all, I don’t think he is stupid enough to snitch. At some point, someone would find out and he’s got to know this. Maybe I’m wrong. Although I like T.I.’s music, if it ever came out that he did snitch, I wouldn’t be able to listen anymore. It may be good music, but it would be lies.
My gut tells me that it’s all real with only slight rap embellishments. =)

I dont have the proof if T.I. snitched or not. so i will state true facts and you foolz can either go check em out or just run with whatever ! #1 he is under federal statues because his case is federal so what prodigy got doesnt apply to T.I. !! Also.
