I just want to go on record and say that it is some real BS that Def Jam didnt promote this album at all. How is it that the video for one of Redman’s singles are JUST dropping on the Internet when his album drops on Tuesday?
Honestly i dont know if they think the fans are stupid or they just ENJOY seeing their artists produce lack luster sales.
As a consumer and a music analyst I am extremely disappointed with Labels that are suppose to know what they are doing and continuously fail.

would u promote some one who fell of this hard ? he aint been dope since 2001 … malpractice was his last good album. from 92-01 , he most def was one of the best m.c.’s ( not a rapper , but an m.c. ) it’s like watching ali fight in his 40′s … kinda sad.

we can agree to disagree. i state again , his first 5 albums in my eyes , all classic. I’m from jersey and this man was in my top 5 m.c.’s of all time for ME. there is most def a diff with rappers and m.c.’s , and redman is prolly one of the absolute top 3 m.c.’s of all time. red gone wild was wack compared to his first 5 albums. he started to sound aged and less creative. his punch lines was weaker , and at this point , he just didnt sound fresh to me any more. the ill at will mixtapes were better then the album. now all this said , i did listen to reggie , and it was not a good redman album. it was a commercial album for sure. he’s not a commercial rapper , so it sounded so wack to me. all that said , if he was to do a show at bb kings , i’d most def go and support. but i’ll never buy another redman album , i’m good with the 5 i like. as for me being a retard with my mc v rapper distinction , can u back that up cuz your comment came of like a promo guy for guilla house or something. i always thought hip-hop was 4 elements , m.c.’ing , dj’ing , graff , and b-boying ?
