I’ve never been a fan of this dude. If he’s the savior of rap, rap might as well off itself.

Boring flow, mediocre intonation (he doesn’t emcee, he just talks!) and all around average rhymes.

“Jay Elechonica, Vonnegut on this Cobain flow, find me in Bali where my halo grow…” BLAH BLAH f*ck outta here.

Dude’s been rhyming the same since he first came out the gate. It was wack then, it’s wack now.

Anyway, my ‘hate’ aside, I really don’t think it’s a good idea to keep putting out these irritating snippets. For example, even though I’m not feeling Jay Elec at all, I think: “well, let me try again and see what he has to offer, since some people say he’s the truth. Maybe the video will be illuminating.”

I click Exhibit A, and what do I get, a freaking snippet. That’s how you lose people.

and if his fans aren’t too happy about the snippets either, maybe Jay needs to reevaluate this approach.
