After watching Pusha T’s “Exodus 23:1” video at 7am this morning, my thirst for rap griminess was pretty much set for the day. It’s a 24hr period where raps about Jordans and purple weed just aren’t satisfying enough. Though, Jada’s latest visual aren’t quite as hard-hitting as P’s, his “Dope Boy” video is rewindable. It shows the realness but the Carson Daily-lookalike dope fiend and Crankyankers-esque puppets ease the edge a bit.
