There was this article on MTV.com back in February that talked about how both DJ Khaled and Polow Da Don collaborated with Nas. In it, DJ Khaled states explicitly that the cut was for his album but said that if Nas wanted it for his album, he could have it because it would “make history.”
In the article as well, Polow talks about the joint he made with Nas stating that “it’s a club banger” and radio-friendly – which suggests to me that he’s talking about “Hero.” Polow also states that “It’s crazy. I think it might be the first single. I think he might put the DJ Khaled record out. If not, he’s gonna put this one out.”
Considering that “Hero” is a single, and hoping that what they said was true in the article, that Nas track will be on Khaled’s album. If so, I don’t got any beef with the track. I can see it being big but it’s definitely not something I want on a Nas album.

This track doesnt fit with the theme and the rest of the songs on the album, but it definetly does fit on a Khaled album. I dont have a problem with it as long as it is not on the album.
