Snoop is no joke I mean he still gets you rocking. His style is unbeatable. I see he got the jerking kids on there doing their thing. Snoop showing love for the young crowd in the west. Thats why he will always be relevant to the game. Got something for the old school and new school.

Artists Now Are Always Taking Things From Old Songs. That’s ‘Cause They Know People Today Don’t Care. Most People That Listen To Hip Hop Have No Idea About Old School. I’m Only 18 But I Know My Music. Pretty Much Everything From Flo Rida Is Old Stuff Only His Twist On It Makes It Shitty. Snoop Has A New Song “Secrets” Which Is Taken From The Romanics “Talking In Your Sleep”, Smitty Has, Eminem And Many More All Have Taken From Oldies. So Yeah I Totally Agree People Need To Learn Their Jams.

Info – I wonder what’s the back story on that Strange Fruit song, as it ended up being Cassidy’s song “Celebrate” on his BARS album. I’m sure it began as a Common song since Kanye produced the track.
Also, the difference between the two tracks really shows the caliber of MCs and Hip-Hop between the two eras. We all know the background sample Strange Fruit by Billie Holiday and what that song is about. Common keeps on that topic, while Cassidy’s song is about celebrating his supposedly transition from the crack game to the rap game, him beating the murder rap, etc.
SMH…this is what us true hip-hop heads have to put up with nowadays…I’m sure bibimbop and Hip Hop agree.
