Damn does he owe Salaam Remi money or something? Why is it ALWAYS Salaam Remi?

that’s his boy and they like working together. The beat sounds like the same sample from that Dizzee Rascal joint a couple years back

Not for nothing, I’m a fan of both Nas & Jay but, why can’t we get shit like that from Jay every once in awhile. If I have any complaint about Hov it’s that above it all demeanor. Sometime’s I just want to hear cats spit that shit…show me you still nice, on some “on the block” just rhyming shit. Like when he did those S. Carter mixtapes.

for real. Yet another wack Nas beat. Dude’s one of the most talented to ever do it and he wastes his rhymes on wack production.

I think the beat is on point. Nas is weirdo when it comes to beats. Anything with a blues/jazz feel he rhymes to these days

August 30th, 2010 at 11:45 am
no he’s not…

The beat is simple but dope IMO. It’s the same sample from Hypnotize, Rise by Herb Alpert and Big Beat by Billy Squier, classic shit.
