With many are still mourning, M.I.A. took the liberty of releasing this unfinished demo track titled “27″ in memory of Amy Winehouse. The tribute song dedicated to late soul-jazz singer and friends who died at the same age narrates a story of a person who committed suicide following a period of alcohol and druge abuse.

M.I.A. explains:

“i recorded this song B4 vickileekx and never put it out. its a unfinished demo. R.I.P A.M.Y.,”
