Today is finally the day, after premiering the song on NYE at Club TAO in Las Vegas and much talk about her new endeavor into music, we now get to hear Kim Kardashian’s debut single “Jam (Turn It Up)”. The song which was written and produced by The-Dream, got played for the first time on Ryan Seacrest’s 102.7 KIIS Morning Show. The reality show tv star tweeted about the excitement and nervousness she felt for a song that many were waiting to hear after news first got out that she was trying her hand at music. The video that’s directed by Hype Williams is already finished and should be hitting networks soon.

Yesterday, Kim released some preview shots of her Hype Williams directed video that’s set to drop soon and left a message about her new look in the visual.
Hype Williams came up with this Bo Derek braids look for the music video and I loved it!
I’m excited (and a little nervous) for you all to hear the song and watch the video. I really hope you all like it!
It took about four hours to do, and believe it or not I fell asleep! I wish I could have worn it longer. We tried out a number of different looks in the video, and I’ll be sharing the other looks with you guys here on my blog.

Ok, now here is the thing. Aside from the song being hot garbage, (you know what, I’m not even going to classify this as “music”, as it would offend actual musicians)the problem is she doesn’t SELL IT. I could imagine that “what do I do now” face while she recorded it. Ke$ha can’t sing, but her “flow” goes well with the music she does, Kim just comes off flat, making the song worst. It’s not even worthy of the greasiest Guido club, and I live at the Jersey Shore…..

This is shit is straight up GARBAGE!!!! Also, Miss info, isn’t there a conflict of interest or more like a PAYOLA situation here being that Ryan Seacrest is the creator and executive producer of “Keeping up with the Kardashians” and the song is being premiered on his show, which has millions of listeners. And I’m sure he’s gonna keep playing that wack ass song over and over again since he loves it soooo much LMAO. But I’m sure the main reason is because he has some vested interest and financial gain if the song becomes a hit.

This track will get spins on certain radio stations because of who she is. The hook and beat are hot though. It’s catchy and not much different from Tardy 4 the Party.
