New Music: Juelz Santana featuring Chris Brown “Back to the Crib”
Posted by Miss Info under new music[23] Comments
(Chris, Juelz and Freaky during the Up Close and Personal tour)
Juelz has been holding on to this for a while, and a few months back when he first told me about it, it was semi-controversial, but now, the re-teaming of the “Run-it” pair doesn’t really raise eyebrows as much. I imagine the collaborations will start ramping up again. According to Dre (OS/NR), the song is featured on the upcoming Evil Empire x DJ Suss One mixtape, but I also remember Juelz telling me he did this song for his upcoming solo album, which need to be less “up” and more “coming” asap in my humble opinion.

UPDATE: here is the tagless version from Juelz…he says there’s another mix that is coming soon.

Okay…. Good to see Santana still phuckin with Chris Breezy. Not crazy about the song. Sounds kinda pop. I dont like to hear Juelz like that. I like that “Back Like Cooked Crack”.
Stay on your grind Santana, but most importantly. STAY HUMBLE! The only person that can continue to hurt you at this point is YOU.
*Good Luck*

Good radio song. Stop hating. We all know Dipset is OVER!! So lets move the hell on. But Chris makes this joint tolerable. I mean what the hell was the “O Boy” joint by Cam? A catchy yet cheesy radio joint, right? So let lil Juelz get him on in..lol.

THE DIPSET IS OVER. THAT YOU SAID IS TRUE BUT JUELZ IS STILL TRYING TO COME UP. LOOK AT ALL THE OTHER ARTIST OUT THERE TRYING TO MAKE A COME BACK,YOU DONT SEE NO ONE HATING ON THEM.EVERYBODY GOT TO PUT FOOD ON THE TABLE SOMEHOW.I THINK YOU DON’T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOOD MUSIC AND SOMEONE WHOS JUST TALENTED. BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS……

Juelz must’ve had this for like 5 years cause that’s the old Chris Brown, prepubescent voice.

funny. the theme of the song actually sounds like it is promoting date-rape. every woman knows that a man is trying to get her back to the crib.
song would make more sense if it was about trying to find a woman who wanted to go back to the crib.

I AM PRETTY SHOW HE HAS SOMETHING ON HIS NEW ALBUM THAT IS THE TYPE OF MUSIC THAT YOU LISTEN TO BUT IT WANT MAKE HIS ALBUM SELL. WHEN RAPPERS MAKE SONGS IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE HARDCORE MUSIC. THIS SONG JUST SHOWS HOW TALENTED JUELZ IS ON SO MANY LEVELS.STOP LISTENING TO HARDCORE RAP ALL THE TIME AND LISTEN TO SOME REAL SHIT. TRUST ME THIS YEAR THERE IS GOING TO BE ALOT OF THIS COMING FROM SO MANY RAPPER AND EVEN MC’S.JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT IT IS ABOUT TO BE A NEW ERA IN MUSIC. THE MAN JUST TRYING TO FIT IN.DAMN STOP HATIN’AND GIVE THE MAN HIS CHANCE TO SHINE. AT LEAST FOR A LITTLE WHILE.
