Posted by Mr.North under interview , new music[11] Comments
Over the past few days, there’s beenĀ some confusion over the release date for Joell Ortiz’s new album, Free Agent. While the album isn’t suppose to drop for another three months, Joell’s label EMI made a huge error, putting the LP on Amazon as of this morning.
Below, you can check out track two (feat. The Lox) from the album called “Put Some Money On It”.

The fact that this post isn’t 100+ comments deep with people loving this track is kinda depressing.
This is exactly what hip-hop needs, and its greeted with crickets.I guess people prefer half rapped bars with “uh”, “haha” and “uh-huh” ad-libs, and weak metas.
I bomb atomically…(haha) philosophies
dictionary….cant define how i drop these

This song is so crazy. This is straight vintage 1999 mixtape LOX flow too. Can’t wait to hear the album in its entirety.
