Probably the last MC you’d expect to stop by with a Valentine’s Day gift, Freddie Gibbs gets his slow jam on with this new track, “Sing For Me.” Don’t mistake this for a cheesy love song, though; Gibbs still keeps it gangsta as he spits about making that “pu**y sing for me” over a smooth, soulful Sean Momberger beat. Consider this grown man V-Day music.

Listen to new offerings from Ace Hood and Big K.R.I.T. & 9th Wonder after the jump…

New Music: Ace Hood “Started From The Bottom (Freestyle)”

Despite our collective appeals, the “Started From The Bottom” freestyles keep on coming. This time Ace Hood details his rags-to-We The Best riches story over 40’s update of Mike Zombie’s infectious beat. Let’s hope that Drake wasn’t kidding when he spoke about that official “Started From The Bottom” remix.

New Music: Big K.R.I.T. “Reign On” (Prod. by 9th Wonder)

Big K.R.I.T. and 9th Wonder have great chemistry — both on-wax and in-person. The pair’s collaborations are on the slim side, but this is more than evident on their latest joint effort, “Reign On” — a funky record built on a sample of The O’Jays’ “For the Love of Money” and harmonized by Krizzle’s spirited rhymes. The track was commissioned by Crown Royal and will be played in their commercial during tonight’s NBA game between Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder.
