Mikey: Drizzy’s second single off Thank Me Later which drops 6/15.
MissInfo: lol, this dropped in the middle of the night, and still caused a web-flurry. Mikey tweeted: “Its like Drake/Bieber/Kanye had lunch and “Find Your Love” was the resulting food coma.” I guess it is extremely pop-chart friendly. I’ve still had my two favorite Drake ballads “Fall For Your Type” and “Shut it Down” on repeat, so this is way more sugary, but I look forward to road-testing this on the Stairmaster.
(Drake & Birdman talk about shooting the video for “Find Your Love” in Jamaica… after the jump)

And don’t forget: the “Find Your Love” video stars Drake’s new ladyfriend, Maliah Michele.

HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA
Nah I bet somewhere R.Kelly crying saying fuck I should have billed myself as a rapper lol
The track isnt bad I just dont get it…
I swear he is the Y2K LL Cool J he is going to have straight out singing tracks for the ladies on the album and then deep relationship RAPPING TRACKS..
And then the customary I’m so fly and dope track “I’m doin me” hahah….
There will be zero content value on his album for any degree of hip hop fans not the back packers or the harder crowd…. This shit will be the most mainstream product in the history of hip hop… for the MTV crowd and the degrassi high, Hanna Montana crew and shit gone be a smash hit.. He’s just a legitimized Aaron Carter meets LL Cool J lol who can actually spit a little…

BUT WAIT YOU HAVE TO GIVE DRAKE CREDIT HE MANAGED TO GIVE HIMSELF THE ULTIMATE OUT OR SCAPE GOAT IN THE HISTORY OF MAJOR ANTICIPATED DEBUTS BY TITLING THE ALBUM “THANK ME LATER” BRILLIANT SO IF ITS BAD HE CAN SAY HEY “I THOUGHT IT WOULD GO OVER THE HEADS OF MOST”
CRAZY!! He single handedly lowered the expectations for this record lol this kids a loser.. Nigga this yo shot go all in title that shit Get Rich Or Die Trying or self title it The Eminem Show say welcomes to my hustle, my story and ambition and I’m going in for mine.. He’s the Icon of the passive aggressive generation of selfdoubt having kids!!
And why is he going out with a live band to play his hit club banger “OVER” like he some 10year in artist lol this nigga crazy!! Somebody need to put a bug in his ear and fast.. I said it a million times already the music wont be trash it will be catchy and mickey mouse ish but it will have zero content value at all.. Been saying that for months now and you just watch.. Great beats + auto tune verses and catchy melodies will make up this record..
More power to the kid.. remember I came on here first defending “Over” when it first dropped and people were killing it!! So this not hate just honest observation!!

Drake is a fantastic artist and part of this new generation of music coming into play. Everything about this song is just beautiful, be it the production of Kanye or the “singing” of drake, its all a fresh and new approach to conquering the music world, instead everyone tryin to be the hardest, people are progressing more towards being the artist they want to be. This song might be blowin up the airwaves starting tomorrow and I might hear 10,000 too many times by next week, but right now on first listen, this has me excited for 1. Thank me later, and 2. Hip Hop and R&B’s future

Niggas saying the song is soft and pop…LOOK AT THE TITLE OF THE SONG! What did you expect it to be about, hugging the block? How did BoB take Drake’s spot when they are nothing alike. Niggas is so quick to dismiss Drake already like him, BoB, J. Cole, or whoever else can’t all be good artists selling records and having some spotlight. Drake’s been singing for the longest time (he did sing on 90% of the songs he’s been on in some way) so niggas shouldn’t be surprised.
Let’s be real… people wanna get PAID for doing their music. So they need songs that people who actually BUY MUSIC listen to. Guys on this site talking shit about Drake probably weren’t gonna buy the record anyway. Look at Slaughterhouse. They came out with a bangin “real hip-hop album” and sold shit. Because their “fans” don’t buy music.
And niggas talking this i hate pop rap, i hate rappers that sing shit. Then you hate Slick Rick, Biggie, Tupac, Mos Def, dead prez, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, Ghostface, Warren G, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Lauryn Hill, Wyclef, Ja Rule (well…I can give y’all that one, but the nigga had hits!) etc. Any artist that you consider popular has done their fair share of singing, pop songs, love rap, bubblegum shit, or whatever you wanna call it. Even “real lyricists” like Nas (You Owe Me, Nastradamus, I Can) and Lupe Fiasco (Paris, Tokyo, Superstar) and even Rakim (Jody Watley’s Friends) have all done em.
BTW, I like the song.

Yo, I think Smoking Aces is the only nigga on here with any real sense and music taste. Im a 31 yr old Brooklyn native. Born in Cypress Hills PJ’s (it dont get no harder than that) so, when it comes to hip hop, theres not much that gets over me. Now…..HIP HOP FANS ARE THE WORST PPL ON EARTH. Niggas dont buy albums, dont listen to shit but rap and thinks anything not related to street shit is wack. If it’s not on “urban” radio (which really isnt the barometer for ppl’s taste no way) they’ll not only overlook it but say its wack. FUCK OUTTA HERE!! The nigga Drake has such a dope track right here and yall Fuckers couldnt SMELL A HIT RECORD IF IT WAS A PUSSY ON YA TOP LIP!!! Do me a favor and get off the block and see the world. It’s a big ass place outside of Martin Luther da King Blvd. #ASSHOLES

While I agree on one hand that Hip Hop is not just one type of music, I am not feeling Drake or any of his material. I am a music lover period but dude does not do it for me, you know I think it would have been better for dude had he not had all that hype surrounding him, if he was a sleeper type artist, I think thats reason alot of folk ain’t feelin him or his medicore at best music.

But saying that i say this songs is fucking boring as hell.I mean i still think Drake album will be good. But this song is weak as fuck. Com’on, Drake what the hell man? The hook and lyrics are simple as shit. Your usteaming just to get hoes to come see you at your concert as if they wasn’t going to go. Nigga please you’re DRAKE they was going to go regardless.
Someone call Wayne and tell him that his golden goose is becoming a marketing tool.

Not at all. I’m realistic though. You look at what sells and you see a lot of simple songs. I don’t see how you don’t agree and what my statement has to do with musical taste. Look at the facts, look at the charts, look at the reality. Don’t let your personal feelings about the music out now make you lose sight of what makes money, for better or worse, in the music business.

I’m surprise Drake didn’t put out “Fall for your type” as his second single.

I can understand why they filmed in Jamaica. The intro does have that Dancehall vibe. That’d be hot if they remix this into a Dancehall joint, just like how they did Foxy’s Get Me Home with Blackstreet with that Fatman Scoop/Crooklyn Clan AV8.
Dope song..like Info stated..he’s my fave R&B singer, compliment, no diss.

Boy Drake is going hard for the Slashy Award for best Actor/Rapper/R&B/Pop-Singer.
Purists whose tolerance was already stretched out to the max between the rapping and the R&B singing are evidently disheartened…
Plus he gotta take a page out of Kanye’s books and keep his best shit to himself. This is a tier below ‘Unthinkable’ and did i hear ‘Shut it down’ is for Dream?

The song is trash IMO he just doesnt make music I like or relate too. Lyrically as a rapper he’s overrated and the majority of singing he does is with Autotune so u cant really judge the quality of his singing. Regardless I dont fuck with R&B much so this song aimed for the Ladies doesnt appeal to me.
This nigga is single handly becoming responsible for making hip-hop soft to the point that real lyricist or hardcore hip-hop cant get any real play without singing and major dumbing down smh. What Drake is doing aint no different to what Ja did except he’s getting a pass for it. Drake is wack IMO.
