No he wont… there is no “winning” back fans for 50..The fans he lost are now the skinny jeans weirdo crowd the core that love this type of shit is downloading music and not paying and this style wont be the type that gets back the mainstream… Am I the only one who noticed that when Banks album got reviewed all of the reviews were like “senseless gun bravado blah blah” when it wasnt but Kanye album reviews were like “this is the best ever fans should expect nothing less its magic” bullshit! and it sold well… Kanye doesnt write illmatic type music that shit was all bitches and swag with a few catchy punch lines…Every rapper should spend 20minutes explaining a beat that way it will mean more!! But thats all he does…So 50 has to take EVERY GUN REFERENCE OUT OF HIS NEXT ALBUM just to stump reviewers and the mainstrea then lets see what they say… the best 50 is somewhere between Massacre and Curtis so he shold make a black magic..He’s just so formulaic in his approach that it seems like he doesnt get it when the mixtape before the album shows that he doess..London Girl was the best track during that entire “before I self destruct” roll out and yet it was on the mixtape which was the mixtape of the year and better than the album….Dude just need to have fun and put the best music from that process out and it will do well… At this rate a lot of his verses sound the same and if drops anything like this OR banks album its going to flop HARD!!! Which has been the system all of the G-Unit albums come out in cycle with the same general theme…

when i say winning back fans i’m not talking about winning back the masses and converting the skinny jean dudes… i’m just talkin about winning back fans that like this style of urban hip hop not this emo suburban pop rap you hear nowadays. He already got enough money, sold enough records, he dont need the money, just stick to the ol fif formula. By the way that banks album was heavy

tell’em to take that “parental advisory” sticker off the cover. I’m pretty sure they know by now.
besides that ‘50 cent’ is the new “SafeWord” in America.
He’s like the school crossing guard.
And soon to be seen on ‘dancin wit da starz’
“fake tuff rapper”

ahhh man “Puppy Love” was that joint of summer 06 in NYC radio!
fif workin hard but I think its not a matter of whether his music is good or bad….but whether is there enough room for 50 in this industry?

Well said “This Industry” Its not like he dont have one cut that even his biggest hater loved its just that “this new industry” dont have a spot for 50… He should just release itunes singles all year and call it a day…..Another flop would not be a good look….

I think he has plenty of room in this industry but his sounds doesnt match with the rest..the southern sound is what captures the clubs and the radio these days, he refuses to change up and thats real ish right there. Banks album was a NY sounding album and there wasnt one south artist on there..he kept it upnorth and noone seemed to have noticed that..album was dope and so was this song

This goes hard! Sounds like the 50 we want, i agree, but i don t think people should take out gangsta content just to fit in, that emo shit is a fade, it s gon go away and the niggaz that followed it gon look dumb, Drake or J Cole came like this but old niggaz should stick to their… gunz lol
