Posted by Miss Info under new music[36] Comments
Fif reloads for a new ramp-up of this “Before I Self Destruct” album, with a new Dre collaboration….
50 Cent “Ok, You’re Right” produced by Dr. Dre (clean)
50 Cent “Ok, You’re Right” produced by Dr. Dre (dirty)
This is a very standard Dr. Dre track…but the energy is good. What do you guys think?
(thanks to Nels and co at G-Unit)

sorry…but this really isn’t hot. I can’t front on the beat though…its hard.
but i feel confident in sayin that your boy doesnt have that hit song making magic anymore. he’s not getting away with that okie doke “just alil bit” type rap anymore. cats wanna here more now.
and that not hate (just because i dont like it), but we just need to make it harder on cats…stop settlin for the okie doke!

finally! something from fiddy that reminds me of ‘get rich or die trying’. i know artists are supposed to progress but, IMO, he was at his best back then.

No hate but it seems like the rest of the music industry is moving foward while Aftermath stands still…….the beats hot though.

I’m not trying to justify Kanye, but didn’t this dude criticize ‘Ye for singing on his tracks? This is a “Meh.” song.

I think it’s better for Afetrmath stands on goodness, good hiphop which was good and ahead anyway, while the industry move towards caca, trash.
Moving forward is not always good if you only moving towards a cliff. Hip Hop is heading for destruction with the current stuff and you think thats good? SMH lol

this song is a feeler most likely. 50 is trying to see what the climate is right now. Drake is no one, he has a little joint out that is played out already. he made that for his girl friend wayne…….50 needs to get away from interscope that label is a death bed for any rapper. Over all i give this song a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. now that boom boom pow joint is fire his flow there is killing them. thats the formula taht he needs to use.

I wonder if 50 Cent would actually do a solo mixtape just like they did pre the T.O.S album the mixtapes were hotter than the album.
If that Anger Management Tour rumor are whatever they are going to call it, is going to happen that could be BIG I enjoyed the last one, alot of material has been released since then. An Anger Management tour would be legendary especially if the mighty mighty DRE takes the stage just like he did in the Up In Smoke Tour.
No sign of Detox yet, though?

I don’t overstand the need for the “very standard” qualifier??? Nobody said “very shitty” for the ‘We Made You’ track. I call shenanigans!!!!

I like the song. 50 definitely made some improvements. He switched his flow and his coming HARD. Give him credit folks!! Jay-Z recently haven’t been that great & folks give him props.

Man this is hot. He’s trying something different and for those that say hip hop is repetitive, you said nothing when 2pac did and nothing that any rapper is rapping about now is new. Except for Eminems Insane track because I don’t think anyone has ever done that. 2pac Brenda’s got a baby is close thoe.

The Song is good but is not like 03 when 50 use to put so much energy, now 50 dont even put a lot of effort in his music anymore he just go in the studio and kick it.
in 03 he was ungry now hes one of the richest black man in america, he doesn,t need music to survive anymore.

if u listen to the lyrics and envision it you’ll see it’s one of his best works. he’s being sarcastic on the hook and saying what it really is on the 16’s. This is hot no this is hot. But if you disagree sure your right ok your right
