This past Tuesday Amy Winehouse’s first posthumous release officially hit retailers. Her album, Lioness: Hidden Treasures, was largely produced by Salaam Remi, whom she worked with closely since the beginning of her career. Recently, Remi and Nas both spoke on their connection and friendship with Amy and more.

i think sum ppl dont understand that ppl do things cause they feel it an real ppl love it. its in them, and sum ppl think their trying to show off and treat them like shit,i think amy and nas get treated like shit cause their looked at as showing off but their not they feel the music and they have a gift to make others feel what their feeling.and when u get ppl like them pissed they turn to drugs and not wanting to be around ppl cause they dont understand why ppl try to look at their gift in a dif way,they take time to make music for ppl that arent doing to well and others try to look at it as showing off ive been seening that alot in lot of other ways
