Mythbusters: Raekwon and Joe Budden did not fight at Rock the Bells

thanks to loyal missinfo.tv pal Louis for alerting me to the rumors that Joe Budden and Raekwon had gotten into an altercation backstage at today’s Rock the Bells tour stop in Washington D.C.
You know I love righting wrongs : ) so I’m happy to report that, according to Rae’s brother DomP, no such altercation happened.
What did happen is that during Raekwon’s set, Inspectah Deck came out onstage to perform “Cream,” and a few other songs….(Rza even joined Rae and Deck’s performance)
…but before Inspectah Deck left, he did tell the crowd, “F–k Joe Budden.”
Hence, Joe’s tweet….

You know….didn’t Joe say “If any one has a problem with what he was saying, to get in the booth and address it?”
So why is he acting like Deck is wrong for lyrically confronting him?His whole “I was trying to be the bigger man” act is real stale.

I agree and I think Joe should take that same beat and ROAST DECK ASS that would be funny!! I got no problem with Deck track it just came a month too late he should he had 30 days to write that shit and then the best he could come up with was “yous uh house n****r” COME ON MAN!! Thats fuck’n gay….
At the end of the day the biggest loser is STILL METHOD MAN because all these n****s jumping out to “protect him” is really a bad look for him either he steps in a booth or tell those other n****s to shut up!!

I have no problem admitting my loyalty to the WU. They provided the soundtrack to a lot of my(our) youth BUT, As a man you have be able to separate ya feelings from facts.
Deck doesn’t need Joey to get attention if that’s what he wanted.Once you’ve conquer your homeland and lands abroad I think you grow out of that. Joey runs the risk of being the loudest underachiever in history which would be a shame due to his talent. No one has rushed to protect Meth. All people involved are adults. And is it really THAT odd for family to speak out when someone disrespects one of them?

Why are people sayingdeck’s diss came a month or two months too late. Did’nt the slaughter house DOA track only come out a few weeks ago?? Joe was sending subliminals at Meth and any other rapper over 35… Old heads in the game, can’t make no more money, need a gatorade etc, etc. Deck to me was responding to that, plus Joe been talking about the situation off and on over the past month or so. So it’s not just the one comment he originally made, he has made several comments in different interviews and one subliminal freestylye diss. Deck has probably been hearing it coming up every so often, and got tired of it. if you listen to the DOA freestyle, any rapper over 35 could have taken offence to it. The thing is, Joe can’t help himself, it’s like he say’s something offensive, then half takes it back, then say’s something else then takes that back, but all in all, he basically saying that he feels better than meth today. Like the meth of 08, 07, 06, 05 is any different. Meth aint changed so this I’m better than him today argument is weak. He deserved to get dissed, and Deck track went hard. He did it to himself. ON, he should keep his mouth in check, slaughter house don’t need all this drama when their trying to make a name for themselves establish the group, whilst beefing with Wu-Tang???? “That’s just suicide self murder, let us get back to what we call hip hop…” ONE

And another thing, this Joe dude is taking the piss, he’s spent the last month and a half running his mouth about meth, releasing a freestyle. Now when HE’s done, he just want’s to chill and go on tour, and it’s all forgotten about… F**k that! I don’t think he realises, at least 50% of slaughter house are Wu-tang fans, plus I’m sure a large portion of slaughter house fan base are too. At the rock the bells show, Deck has just proved that Wu could crush slaughter house career, due to their influence over authentic rap fan’s who would make up most of slaughter house support. This whole thing, was a dumb move by Joe. I got no sympathy for him either. He check mate himself. Don’t respond and he will look like a fool. Respond and he could have the rest of Wu to deal with. I’ll continue to be level headed amongst the name calling. I stand by what I said. There is nothing wrong with wanting to battle. But why does Deck want to battle Joe? Over Meth? Clearly, Busta, Meth, and Raekwon (who we know doesn’t like anyone) has decided to let it go. So what does this have to do with him? Oh and to the other comment about KRS One, I doubt KRS one would say fuck anyone on stage at a concert that came to see Joe Budden, not Deck who piggybacked Raekwon’s performance. So yes I believe that behavior is childish. If he was getting offers like Meth do you think he would be this engaging? I’ll answer for you, No.
