New Music: Gucci Mane Feat. Big Bank Black “Handicap,” Plus L.E.P. Bogus Boys and Jae Millz

Okay, first off, this artwork is something else. Gucci Mane as some kind of Saint Peter of the trap rap heaven? We’re not sure if that’s being sarcastic or mildly delusional. One thing we can get behind, though, is LaFlare’s latest track from his upcoming Trap God 2 mixtape, “Handicap.” Although slightly subdued, it’s a vintage collaboration between Gucci and his long-time producer Zaytoven (who’s behind some of his best-known hits like “Icy,” “Lemonade” and “Bricks”). Big Bank Black adds his own flair towards the end of the song, too. Trap God 2 drops Feb. 12.
Listen to “Handicap,” plus L.E.P. Bogus Boys’ “X’s & O’s” and Jae Millz’s Dead Presidents 2 mixtape, after the jump…

New Music: L.E.P. Bogus Boys “X’s & O’s”
Despite having recently signed to Gee Roberson’s Interscope imprint, Blueprint, L.E.P. Bogus Boys’ next project will be the fourth volume in their long-running Don’t Feed Da Killaz mixtape series. Here’s the first taste: the tyrannical “X’s & O’s”. (You may recognize the beat from Jeezy’s “How It Feel,” but apparently Count and Moonie recorded their version long before). (Via FSD)
New Mixtape: Jae Millz Dead Presidents 2
Jae Millz finally presents the sequel to 2010′s acclaimed Dead Presidents mixtape. Fellow YMCMB member Gudda Gudda joins the Harlem MC on this 23-track project, along with a whole host of solid NYC spitters including Smoke DZA, Troy Ave and Vado. This should hold us over ’til Millz’s long, long-awaited Young Money debut, Nothing is Promised, sees the light of day.

I’ve been keeping an eye (ear) on London based producer Ludwig Amadeus for a while now and I’ve never heard anything quite like it. 2013 will be his breakthrough. You heard it here first
