It was song #13 where Jay came with the popular line “I’m from where ni**as pull your car, and argue all day about, Who’s the best MC’s, Biggie, Jay-Z, or Nas?.” For Thursday’s “Throwback at Noon,” Mister Cee cleverly brings that debate to wax.
