Miss Info Exclusive: Where’s Cam’ron Part 3 (aka reunions?)

(debuting on the homie Rik Cordero’s new ChannelThree/21 website….and of course, also on the family site, Onsmash. Dre and Legend held my hand as I struggled all night with uploading, encoding etc. Also on youtube.)
This interview preceded Jim Jones’ olive branch on the eve of his record release last Tuesday. But it actually reflects the same sentiment that Killa had when I spoke to him about Jim’s offer at Asylum exec-veep Joey-i-e’s birthday dinner that same night. Well….that’s an overstatement. Same final answer (“no”), but um…there was a tad bit more cynicism from Cam last week. Elsewhere in the clip, Cam talks about “Crime Pays,” his current hip hop playlist, his beef history, etc…..

Lol Miss Info… you dont seem to believe Cam about Jim/Elz having a good vibe.
But yeah, about the whole reunion… it’s a shame. Who knows though… maybe years from now, or even months. People change. Time heals wounds. But to me it looks like it’s Juelz not controlling what he said that did it for Cam.

this is a dope video… i don’t know Cam’ron personally, but i have a feeling he is eventually going to come around (re: dipset reunion). there is alot of pressure from the peers, and you know those guys have a lot of love for each other. Jim, a proud dude, humbled himself and offered his hand out (no homo?). I think Cam will concede eventually. Even after Cam said “hell no,” Jim didn’t respond aggressively.

Obviously, Juelz and Jim won’t be around for ‘Crime Pays’. Does this mean Cam will be more reluctant to trust the people around him for this part of his career? …And where are Hell Rell and JR situated in this whole Dipset/Byrd Gang/Skull Gang debacle?

Cam Doin the right thing. He forgave them so many times for their fuck-ups at some point you gotta say Enough is Enough don’t bite the hand tht feeds you. Cam gave 3-4 years of his career to these dudes and look how thy played him. I wanna see DI 3 but I understand from Cam’s POV why it wouldn’t happen.

For Jim Jones to do 40K his 1st week isn’t great but when you look at where dude has come from then you gotta respect he’s grind.

Jimmy does own a stake in Diplomat records just like Cam’ron but Jimmy got Byrd Gang too from back then when Cam’ron was in haitus.

I want to hear Crime Pays but I want to watch that This is Jim Jones Documentary. They should have released that before the album though.
There’s too much bs in the media to try and put out an album in a tough and hostile climate.

^^Actually, he doesn’t….I don’t think he needs “the song” to sell, he’s gonna sell regardless….he needs to keep riding his “wave” (no Biggavel)….if he puts out the remix to cookies & aj with gucci, that’ll be good for him….if he can get jada on a song for crime pays, that’ll be good….he shoulda rode a bike to make it down to the A for OJ and Gucci’s “Aye” video, he really dropped that ball (none)….if he woulda done a remix to “get it in ohio” and get Chi-Ohio folk on it (Twista, Shawnna, Ray Cash, Cudi) that woulda TAKEN OVER….he still has time, but he’s got to do some big moves….but he could REALLY smash with this album…the movement needs to move on!!!!
