Commenting on the MTV article, I know with all the legal tangling he has to deny he has a problem but when the people who are around you everyday and in some cases have been around you your whole life are telling you to slow down then pump your brakes. He’s one of the highest profile artists in the game today and I hate the message that comes through that seems like he’s saying it’s cool to enjoy excess when you’re enjoying so much success. It’s irresponsible and no matter what the detractors are saying about Jay or 50 at this point from what I see looking inside their bubbles they’re models for handling the money with as much grace as I would in their positions.

We’ve already seen the outcome from the partakers of this “Lean” phenomenon and it wouldn’t be a good look for you to go out like that Weezy.
