With the No. 1 album in the country currently, Meek Mill continued his busy promo run with an appearance on The Daily Show on Tuesday (Dec. 12). Sitting down with Trevor Noah, the MMG star spoke on the journey over the past year from being in prison to releasing is Billboard chart-topping album, CHAMPIONSHIPS. An advocate for criminal justice reform, The 31-year-old gave viewers some background on his story, run in with the law, the struggles young black people face while imprisoned, and his own personal experiences in prison.
