The moment has arrived, the one list that fuels many debates in the hip-hop community. MTV returns with their controversial “Hottest MCs in the Game” list for the past year. Kicking off the eighth edition is Meek Mill, who lands at No. 10 after debuting at No. 7 on last year’s list. Along with stellar guest appearances, the Philly MC kept the streets hot with his Dreamchasers 2 mixtape, leading up to his Dreams & Nightmares debut album that landed at No. 2 on Billboard’s album charts.

Meek ended up knocking out both Pusha T and French Montana for the final spot. Is the placing too low? should Pusha T or French be on the list?

   Bullshit list no way in hell Pusha not on list. Don’t like French music but he should be on the list so either Meek should be off list or higher. I say higher and those 2 should be on

   Ps MTV stop it y’all Dont care about rap, the list says mcs and future not a mc he a rapper singer. Mc means master of ceremony = real rap. No hate either I like Future just had to add that. Smfh @ MTV

   remember Hip-Hop heads this is “MTV’s” top 10 MC’s in the game and MTV stands for Music TeleVision so if you don’t have music on “their” television your not “hot”.
