arrives at the Spike TV "Video Game Awards 2005" at the Gibson Amphitheater on November 18, 2005 in Universal City, California.

It’s been 13-years since Ma$e first announced his retirement from rap to Hot 97’s Funkmaster Flex. Ultimately he returned in 2004 with lukewarm results and retired again in 2004 to become a full-time pastor. After appearing on Wale’s “Slight Work” remix, Murda Ma$e called into Flex’s house for a candid interview. They speak on his status with the last label he was about to sign with, 50 Cent and G-Unit, his relationship with Diddy, having the chance to catch up with Loon and Shyne, and the rumors of him signing with Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group after this photo.

Ma$e also credits French Montana for his recent itch to return to rap, and talks about past regrets over his career. Flex and Ma$e end their talk reminiscing over past memories. Would a Ma$e return be welcomed? Listen to their conversation below.
