Mary J Blige (The Queen to me) came by Hot97 to talk to her longtime pal Angie Martinez today, and along with explaining why she experimented with autotune on her new song (because she felt like it, and because she can, lol)….Mary also addressed her stepdaughter Briana Latrice’s recent “incident” with Charles Hamilton. (about midway thru the clip)

Mary: I feel really bad, and it doesnt make me proud for me to see her doing things like that. Its just stupidity. It makes no sense. But as a parent, we love them through [it.] I’m not like ‘yeah son, I’m glad my kid is up there….’

Mary’s wise. The girl put herself in that position. The potential of the internet to allow people to inadvertently play themselves is fucking scary. Still, Charles Hamilton is a world class cornball, he really is though, before this incident and forever. I’ve hated him ever since I saw interviews where he harped on being a dope fiend – when he admittedly only did the shit for like 2 weeks. What type of shit is that? Opportunist jerk-off.

dat chick got mental issues, why everybody feeling sorry for her?? She initiated a freestyle battle, charles killed her in it and put some of her business out there, she got mad (typical sensitive ass female) and she resorted to violence and that makes her cool right? smh
