Three 6 Mafia Co-Founder Lord Infamous Has Passed Away

Lord Infamous has passed away. He was 40 years old. According to DJ Paul and Da Mafia 6ix’s publicist Dove Clark (via HHDX), Infamous passed away at his mother’s home in Memphis Friday night (Dec. 20). While the cause of death has yet to be confirmed, it is believed he died from a heart attack. Infamous was a founding member of the legendary Memphis rap collective Three 6 Mafia and released his debut solo album, Lord of Terror, in 1994.
Many Memphis rap figures including Juicy J, Gangsta Boo and his half-brother DJ Paul have reacted to Infamous’ death on Twitter.
