LL Cool J’s comeback album has undergone a few chops and changes today. Firstly, the record—LL’s first since 2008′s Exit 13—has been renamed from Authentic Hip-Hop to simply Authentic. The veteran rapper has also unveiled a new cover for the album and delayed its release from Feb. 12 to May 7. According to HHNM, an updated tracklisting is also expected to be revealed in the coming weeks—possibly without the berated “Ratchet” single. The album’s most recent offering is the Joe-featuring “Take It.”
Don’t forget, LL will be hosting the 55th Annual Grammy Awards this Sunday (Feb. 10).
