We haven’t heard much from Teyana Taylor in the past few months, but considering it’s the month of love, she is getting things hot and heavy thanks to her new video for “Touch Me.” The very sensual and seductive clip shows the R&B singer moving and teasing to the baby making slow jam, that plenty probably slept on from The Cassette Tape 1994 EP.

Right around the corner from NYC’s legendary HOT97 radio station, rap vet DJ Enuff sat down with ItsTheReal for a special live edition of A Waste of Time. Hosted at S.O.B.s, the longtime Heavy Hitter disc jockey sat down with Eric and Jeff for an introspective discussion about his longstanding career in music.

From how Kanye West became an official member of the Heavy Hitters crew to his time as Biggie’s DJ, the Brooklyn native spoke in detail about all the rap insider tidbits associated with each. Of course, he had to give his longtime coworker, Miss Info, her props, too.

At first glance, you may almost think Freddie Gibbs is freestyling over the JAY Z classic or even that he flipped the track like he did “Dead Presidents,” but that’s not the case. Gangsta Gibbs is taking it back to the streets with this one, while still paying homage to the original, thanks to the haunting production from The Beat Bully. With all the music he’s been putting out lately, look for a new project around the corner.

I didn’t hate his “Work” or “No Role Modelz” remixes. They were cute and clever, I guess, but my iTunes has been begging for a beat as hard as Dave East’s bars lately. Right on cue, the Harlem Hotshot’s latest — and longest! — East Mix finds him raining fire upon Drake’s “Summer Sixteen.” No stray shots aimed at his neighbors, just Dave taking it to the streets for three straight minutes. I’m out here looking for ya biiiiitch!

Despite all the glitz and glamour, television talent shows are no guaranteed ticket to fame. kanye west asap rocky

While Twitter was trying to guess the newest title of his upcoming album (and bag themselves a pair of free Yeezys in the process), Kanye West was running around NYC with fellow fashionista and potential T.L.O.P. collaborator A$AP Rocky last night.

TMZ caught up with the pair as they were leaving a spot in Manhattan, and got in a few quick — and semi-awkward — words with Kanye about Thursday’s MSG show and Yeezy Season 3. “I just wanted to keep making dope, soulful product for people,” he said when asked about the inspiration behind his new collection. “Try to get the prices better, make fresher shoes and just be expressive as an artist, period.”

When B.o.B isn’t causing up a stir online about the earth being flat, he’s doing it on wax with his music. He approaches the dangerous thinking with his new clip for “Blank Mafia.” The Water EP track just shows him smoking with his boys but it’s the lyrics that he wants you to pay attention to. He clarifies he’s not preaching, though.

fetty wap forbes cash princes

With three songs on the Billboard 200 (not counting 2014’s “Trap Queen”), two Grammy nods and a No. 1 album, it’s fair to say Fetty Wap enjoyed perhaps the biggest breakout year ever in 2015. So it’s no surprise that the Paterson, NJ native is the first name on the register in Forbes2016 Hip-Hop Cash Princes class.
