Lil Wayne’s “Ground Zero” video (via MotionDose)….
Meanwhile, Mack Maine told MTV News some interesting details about Weezy’s day-of-release plans….Carter IV and a homecoming concert?
Also, if you are feeling financially distressed, please enjoy Birdman’s yacht party footage.
And more, after the jump….
Young Money’s Mack Maine talked to Shaheem/MTV about what songs and videos are set up for when Wayne comes home for his Carter IV album, and about the homecoming concert that Drake hinted at on his ustream.
Met Derick G in person while I was in Miami last weekend for the GamerTagRadio x 2K “Mafia II” videogame party (and the New York City release party is tomorrow at 92Y so please join us)…very nice guy! He hinted that there was a bunch of footage on the way but here’s a clip from that boat ride that Birdman and Khaled took last week. It’s awesome that CMB lets their bikini models sit in on contract negotiations. Each one, teach one. “We durin’ it rural big, ya dig? *mumble jumble*”
These guys are living it up!
And finally, Weezy penned another ESPN sports editorial, this time a handwritten letter about the US Open.

the carter iv could be a revolutionary album for hip hop if it is able to be a success sales-wise with no video, single or heavy promotion by wayne himself… it could change the whole structure of the industry

yeah revolutionary in sales with no video, single…etc. but when it comes to hip hop on a “lyric-wise” “creative-wise” “originality-wise”:EPIC FAIL. which is better for hip hop?
