Weezy F. Baby knows the fans are mad about Dedication 4′s delay. It seems like all the people want is “mixtape weezy” back. That martian who ripped those Dedication tapes with little remorse about the slaughtering the competition’s beats. When it didn’t happen on the 31st, Fans almost turned on Weezy, but he knew something was up. So here is Lil Wayne’s official explanation for the mixtape’s delay. Blame Cortez?
