The Late Show With David Letterman closed out their Beatles week celebration with a splash. Following appearances from Broken Bells, Sting, Flaming Lips, and Lenny Kravitz the previous four days, Lauryn Hill concluded the tribute week by making her first television performance in three years by performing a cover of the Beatles 1969-hit single “Something.”

The 5-day celebration was to mark the Beatles U.S. TV debut 50 years ago this week on The Ed Sullivan Show, in the same studio where Letterman currently tapes. It all leads to the two-hour special, The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute to the Beatles, which airs Sunday at 8 p.m. EST on CBS. Alicia Keys, John Legend, Gary Clark, Jr., and John Mayer are some of the big stars set to perform that evening.
